DELIVERY AND SHIPPING POLICY

I. FORM OF DELIVERY

– We will have staff deliver directly to you.

– Or we cooperate with a third party (express delivery) to deliver to you.

II. CONTENT

1/ Delivery staff

– Within a radius of 5km, our staff will deliver directly to you.

– Time: within 3 days from order confirmation. Time frame from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm daily.

– Delivery cost: agreed between the two parties.

2/ Third party carrier

– Transport goods nationwide.

– Delivery method: we choose a reputable third party express delivery unit to deliver to you.

– Delivery time to the customer's requested location according to the service provider's delivery time standards.

– Delivery cost: according to the cost of the third party shipping unit. The customer pays the shipping fee or according to other agreements between the parties.

III. GENERAL POLICY

– Please check the goods before receiving. After signing to confirm receipt of the goods, we are not responsible for any deficiencies or complaints later.

– Payment method: according to payment method agreement between the parties.

– Warranty policy: according to the warranty policy attached to the contract (if any).

– Goods will come with warranty card (if any), product information, and other documents (if any).

- Note: If any costs arise, we will proactively contact and notify the customer.

If you are unable to be present to receive the goods when they are delivered to the registered address, vannang-banok.com will contact you to arrange another delivery time or guide you to the shipping unit to receive the goods.

If the shipping unit cannot contact you for 03 (three) times or more, vannang-banok.com reserves the right to return the goods and cancel the order. The amount you paid will be refunded (after deducting any loss incurred due to unsuccessful delivery) as soon as we receive the goods back from the shipping unit.

vannang-banok.com will immediately notify you if there is a delay in delivery compared to the committed time. However, to the extent permitted by law, vannang-banok.com will not be responsible for any loss, debt, damage or expense arising from late delivery.

In case you want to change the delivery address, you need to contact vannang-banok.com immediately to promptly change the route for the shipping partner.
