1. Warranty conditions

Products must meet the following conditions:

The product is still under warranty. (The warranty period is calculated from the date of purchase, based on the sales invoice).
Technically defective products are covered by the Manufacturer/Distributor's warranty criteria. (Refer to the Manufacturer's warranty conditions below). The product is denied warranty if the Manufacturer/Distributor confirms that the product is not eligible for warranty.
The Serial Number/ Imei/ Service Tag on the product must be intact and clear (and must match the warranty card if the product has a warranty card attached).
Cases not covered by warranty:

The product does not meet the above warranty conditions or violates the manufacturer's warranty conditions.
2. Warranty policy

All products sold are warranted according to the manufacturer's regulations.

All damaged products will be sent to the manufacturer or the manufacturer's authorized unit for warranty according to the manufacturer's warranty policy. will not be responsible if the manufacturer and/or the manufacturer's authorized unit refuses to provide warranty.
